Minimalistic Centred Approach on Healthy Living

As we all know health is wealth. The richest man on earth is praying to live long to enjoy his riches. This can only be possible if he puts in place minimalistic health approach as opposed to medication remedy administered in hospitals. As a minimalist, if you want to minimize spending huge amount on your health, leverage on the power of fruits.


Yes, it’s the power of fruits, consuming fruits alone will save you a lot. We can’t really predict the constituent of air we breathe as a result of automobile engine combustion, the water we drink even the packaged, for this reason, we have to safe guard our health with minimal resources we have to ensure our body system works perfect and defense system still maintaining it strength.

I usually do this when I come back home from work every day. Guess what? I copied it from my Dad. He comes back home every day with cucumbers when I was still living with them. Buying some cucumbers. I just like to get my mouth filled with it when chewed.

I usually combine this with other fruits too such as oranges and melon. If I do these consecutively each day for a month, honestly speaking, I don't fall ill and I rarely visit the hospital too. The cucumbers are just very cheap with NGN200 in Nigerian currency you could get one as big as in the picture.

I made research below are what Cucumbers can do for your body that drugs wouldn't. But I want to advise you strictly consume cucumbers that were grown with lesser pesticide.

Some of these fruits have health value it adds to your body but when the pesticide content used in treating them is significant, it result in health issues. With this, it’s really hard to distinguish between the pesticide and non-pesticide cultivated ones especially when you are in the market to buy. But this is what I use to do.

Each time I purchase, I peel of the skin of the cucumber. If pesticide was used to grow it, peeling the skin will minimally reduce the effect it will have on your body. Just focus on the inner content of the fruit rather than the external because more of those effect will be based on the external more than the internal.

As regards the benefit of cucumber, below are the reasons why you need to take them.

Body hydration

If you are the type of person that do not like to take much of water to supplement body hydration, I suggest cucumbers for you.

Cucumbers contain 96% of water that can help you stay hydrated for a longer duration depending on the quantity consumed. For the brain cognition processes, hydration is very important, with the vital vitamins that is found in cucumber, it can help your brain function better.

Weight loss

Although I haven't proven this myself because I am not the type with added weight. Although I am a mum of three but I still love my weight to be honest, I don't watch it. Cucumbers too can help you on your weight reduction journey.

There is something unique about weight reduction. Most of the advertised pills comes with its own side effects which most weightloss experts will hide this from you but when you use natural fruits for your weightloss journey, it doesn't come with side effect.

Not only cucumbers I am recommending in this post but try out other fruits too. Fruits are good for your body to keep you from spending unnecessary medical bills due to illness by making your body defense strong just like the military power of a country. You can still keep hour body going with fruits but ensure you regularly go for medical checkup to know the status of your body.
