Hello Beautiful Ladies of Hive!
I hope you are all in good spirits today.
This week's contest reminds us of how important our devices , like our phones and laptops. are in our lives. I want to share about my phone.

The Phone I Use

I am currently using a Tecno Pop 5 Pro.

How I Got It
I bought this phone during my NYSC year.
In Nigeria, graduates of higher institutions are required to serve the nation for one year through the NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) program.

During that time, we are paid allowances and sometimes receive training in our fields.
When I got paid, I saved part of the money and used it to buy this phone.
I’m really glad I did!

A Crucial Time It Served Me Well
This phone has served me very well because I bought it brand new.
Sometimes I wonder if it would have lasted this long if it had been a fairly used phone.
I’ve been using it for over two years now.

Plans to Change It Soon
My plan to change it depends on my finances.
At the moment, the phone is still working fine.
However, since it has been with me for a while, I plan to upgrade it when I have the opportunity.

When I Had to Repair It
I once had to repair my phone when the touchpad and screen got damaged.
The repair cost was quite high , I spent ₦15,000 (Nigerian currency) to fix it.
Because I was also taking care of children at that time, I had to be very financially conscious.
Buying a new phone was not an option, so I decided to replace the screen.
Thankfully, it’s still working well today.

My Favourite Phone Brand
My favourite phone brand is Techno.
When it's time to replace my current phone, I plan to still go for a Techno device.
