Daily Freewrite Prompt: Cup
From the look of the cup, she thought it was gold, but neither was it, rather the manufacturer used something in form of gold, and gave the cup a beautiful shape.
It was trending and so many people bought it to their houses, at that time i was still young, and mom bought the same cup to the family, the joy on our faces was very nice.
I love the cup, and my siblings too wanted the cup so much in the house, because the other ones we have was broken, when they fell from the table.
But with the new ones mom bought to the house, we did not think about the ones that was broken anymore.
Our focus was on the new cup she bought, and as nicely, the cup served a lot of purpose in the house.
They were not gold, but they have gold looks, with shining body and glittering shape.
But something I noticed was that, even as we so much loved the cup, taking water from the borehole using the cup was not different from what we experienced from other cups.
It often happens that new and fashionable things outnumber the used ones that were so useful to us. A hug.
