THROWBACK TO MY UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC JOURNEY (ENG-ESP)

I'm @fab-tay and i say hello to everyone @throwbackthursday community. I welcome us all to yet another throwback thursday once again 🕺and it's always a delight to relieve the memories of great moments of the past. This week, my throwback will be on my University academic journey some years ago. This journey was between year 2011-2019 starting from my Pre-University studies after secondary school to my convocation. Kindly follow through as it will be an exciting and worthwhile read, thank you.

It all began in 2011 with admission into the pre-degree i.e. Pre-University studies at the Centre for Distance learning of my desired University then (Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria) after passing the entrance examinations not quite long when i passed out of secondary school. After the successful completion of this one year studies, i was admitted to the University. In 2012, the journey of my undergraduate studies started in the Faculty of Pharmacy (Premier School of Pharmacy in Nigeria) with series of lectures, practicals, tests and exams which is a five-year program. Along this, i was also a member of many organizations both religious and non-religious which made schooling interesting.



There were strike actions and many challenges during this period but i scaped throught it al by the Grace of God. I did my final year project with one of the best lecturer in my faculty together with three of my school mates and we all graduated together. Being a professional course of study, our professional induction into the national professional body came up first in 2019 and later in December 2019, we held our Convocation ceremony. Soy @fab-tay y saludo a toda la comunidad @throwbackthursday. Les doy la bienvenida a todos a otro jueves de retroceso una vez más 🕺 y siempre es un placer aliviar los recuerdos de grandes momentos del pasado. Esta semana, recordaré mi trayectoria académica universitaria hace algunos años. Este viaje fue entre el año 2011-2019 iniciando desde mis estudios Preuniversitarios después de la secundaria hasta mi convocatoria. Por favor siga adelante ya que será una lectura emocionante y valiosa, gracias.



Todo comenzó en 2011 con la admisión al pregrado, es decir, estudios preuniversitarios en el Centro de aprendizaje a distancia de la universidad que entonces deseaba (Universidad Obafemi Awolowo, Ile-Ife, estado de Osun, Nigeria) después de aprobar los exámenes de ingreso no hace mucho. cuando me desmayé de la escuela secundaria. Después de completar con éxito este año de estudios, fui admitido en la Universidad. En 2012, comenzó el viaje de mis estudios universitarios en la Facultad de Farmacia (Primer Escuela de Farmacia de Nigeria) con una serie de conferencias, prácticas, pruebas y exámenes, que es un programa de cinco años.



Además, también fui miembro de muchas organizaciones, tanto religiosas como no religiosas, que hicieron que la escolarización fuera interesante. Hubo huelgas y muchos desafíos durante este período, pero escapé de todo por la Gracia de Dios. Hice mi proyecto de fin de año con uno de los mejores profesores de mi facultad junto con tres de mis compañeros de escuela y nos graduamos todos juntos. Al ser una carrera profesional, nuestra inducción profesional al cuerpo profesional nacional se produjo primero en el año 2019 y posteriormente en diciembre de 2019 realizamos nuestro acto de Convocatoria.
