MY TWO SIDED EXPERIENCE WITH TRADERS

Life is like a flip having two sides or like a coin with two sides i.e. either the head or the tail. Therefore, it is either here or there, this or that, white or black with no middle. These two sides of life helps us to appreciate why some people get certain amazing results when others gets the opposite. In my journey of life, i have come across these two sets of experience with traders and this i believe will be for everyone aswell in one way or the other.

I remember this particular early morning that i need to get raw foodstuff to cook while preparing for work. So i went to this woman's shop in the neighborhood to get it from her. On getting there, the gesture and reaction of this woman was very bad that morning though i noticed she has a poor customer relation aforetime which made me to only go to her shop only when no other option is available. I told her that morning that i will be paying by transferring money to her bank account as there was no cash with me that morning. Her facial expression changed even as she bluntly refused my transfers even when i told her i will wait till she confirms the alert. At the decline, i left her shop and sorted myself somehow that morning.

On the other side, there is this other shop in the neighborhood which is thriving well with the owner and her daughter having coordial and good customer relationship which is helping them. I pay with either transfer or cash, they attend to me well and i even remember that she gave me a gift when i had my child's naming ceremony. I have not seen her or her daughter shouting or abusing any customer or co-traders, this is something good and worthwhile. Infact, i remember how polite she was when she didn't see a transfer i made and how she managed the situation. Her products are of good standard and her service is great.

As someone who in a way deals with products and services aswell, i value and treasure excellent deliveries and good human relations. The previous woman shop maybe by her attitude and character isn't as impressive as the latter one and infact, the comments are almost the same about her. Therefore, good character is key for every one because it speaks volume. There are instances and places that only one's good character and relation that will speak and i have learnt this lesson early enough. Therefore in all we do, let's be courteous and maintain good relationship as this isn't old fashion but a good virtue anyone can have as a leverage for a better life. The above are some of my experiences of the two sides even as i counsel on we been the latter as it pays and is highly rewarding than the former.
