Stress || a five minute prompt
Stress is common.
The more you try to avoid it, the more it comes closer to you.
You are already worked up when stressed, and most times it is not your fault.
Even the environment is made to stress you.
Take an example of being stuck in traffic for hours.
That's something, right?
When I get home after being stressed, I take my bathe and sleep straight up.
It can be exhausting to be stressed and yet you still have a lot to do.
I usually struggle to finish up before, but now, I take time to rest before finishing up.
Recently, I watched a podcast on maintaining health and the host made mention of stress having effect such as fat.
I had assumed stress reduces fat, but it was said that it reacts based on the body.
So, the effect of stress varies from person to person.
