Everyone would know what remuneration means because it touches them at one point or the other, moreover each of us is usually happy when it is remuneration time.
The time for remuneration motivates us to work harder and better till we get what we have been promised. Our hopes are high, and anxiety is up to the roof.
The right remuneration is necessary because it is the agreed sum. No one wants to be cheated of their remuneration.
