Referee || Prompt
I see a referee as someone who is an intermediary, someone who stands as a judge and decider.
I have been a referee before, and I can tell you it is not an easy job.
You have to make decision that is critical to the game and it can be a decider to the game.
That is why you have to be fair to the best of your ability.
They might not like your decision but you need to do what you think is right irrespective of people's reaction.
I remember having to take a crucial decision in the game, I had to pause a bit before deciding on what to do.
They argued but I stood my ground, eventually they gave in to the decision I made and commended my effort.
Having to lead or judge a case is not easy, emotions would fly here and there but you should do the best you can to be fair at all times.

It’s true, being a referee means carrying a huge weight, because every decision affects everyone on the field. The way you stood firm, even in the middle of arguments, shows the strength of staying calm and holding on to what you believe is fair. In the end, that mix of responsibility and earned respect is what makes a referee such an essential part of the game.
I'm glad we hold the same thought in the matter.
