To proclaim can be said to herald something, it can be to share with those who have not heard the proclamation and those who have heard it before. But most people conclude to proclaim only to those who have not heard it before.

To Proclaim can be difficult sometimes because most of your audience are new to what you are telling them, so they may likely not take it with an open heart. They may criticize what you are proclaiming, but this should not discourage you. Keep on doing what you love doing.
