You must have met folks that do not apologize when they wrong someone or have to plead for something, they think they are entitled to everything. So, this folks expect everyone to be good to them, while they are rude to people.
I have witnessed young folks showcase this kind of bad character in public before, time and again. It is a bad character.
There is nothing bad in pleading with your fellow citizen about something you need, it only shows how respectful you are and how much you see others. Not willing to plead with others show that you are proud and that you are better than everyone else.
When dealing with people like this, who are not willing to beg. You have to stand on your feet, till they really beg.
