I have never seen a blue Pig in my life. I initially thought the prompt had a slang meaning to it when I saw the theme, but I read that there are some blue Pig in a particular area. I guess they were coloured blue by the owner of the pig.

And of course there are places named "blue pig". It is actually a nice name though, it can be a bar or a place to relax. However, blue pig can mean any of the above.
