A stroll through the town of Santa Fe, Cochaima beach

Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, como les he comentado en otras de mis publicaciones este nuevo año decidí prestarle mas atención a mi salud mental ya que por diferentes situaciones últimamente me he sentido un poco agobiada entre tantas ocupaciones, sin dejar un espacio, aunque sea un pequeño tiempo para la recreación. Este fin de semana fui a un pueblo muy tropical conocido como Santa Fe, donde tengo familia que en su gran mayoría se dedican a la actividad de la pesca

Greetings my dear community and to all who make life in this beautiful platform, as I have told you in other of my publications this new year I decided to pay more attention to my mental health since for different situations lately I have felt a little overwhelmed between so many occupations, without leaving a space, even a little time for recreation. This weekend I went to a very tropical town known as Santa Fe, where I have family who are mostly dedicated to fishing activities.

Esto lo planificamos mi esposo y yo para ir el día sábado, pues mi sobrino me llamo que para ese día nos tenia unos pescados muy frescos que me iba a regalar y ademas aprovechar de pasar un rato en ese lugar que es demasiado alegre y la actividad principal ademas de la pesca y venta de estos productos del mar, muchos tambien viven de el turismo ya que en este pueblo se encuentra una hermosa playa conocida como Cochaima, posadas y restaurantes.

My husband and I planned to go there on Saturday, because my nephew called me that he had some very fresh fish that he was going to give me as a gift and also take advantage of spending some time in this place that is too cheerful and the main activity besides fishing and selling these products of the sea, many also live from tourism because in this town there is a beautiful beach known as Cochaima, inns and restaurants.

Cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando con mucha alegria por el tiempo que teníamos sin vernos. Cono tenia dispuesto pasar mediodía, me fui bien temprano para que me diera tiempo conversar y hasta compartir una comida junto a ellos. A pesar que el paseo fue corto la pase super bien, solo es cuestión de cambiar el ambiente, salir de la casa bien sea a una playa y si en este caso reencontrarte con personas que tienes tiempo que no visitas, hay demasiados cosas que conversar y hasta recordar viejos tiempos

When we arrived they were waiting for us with great joy for the time we had not seen each other. As I had arranged to spend noon, I left very early so that I had time to talk and even share a meal with them. Although the trip was short, I had a great time, it is just a matter of changing the environment, leaving the house or even going to a beach and if in this case to meet again with people that you have not visited for a long time, there are too many things to talk about and even remember old times.
