Fuimos a la Gran Final WOŚP 2026 en Sosnowiec [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! hoy se celebró la 34.ª Gran Final de la Gran Orquesta de Caridad de Navidad o en polaco Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy (WOŚP) y en varias ciudades de Polonia hubo algunos eventos asociados a esto para la recaudación de dinero, una de ellas es Sosnowiec, por lo que Pawel, Olivia y yo decidimos ir al pabellón deportivo Arena Sosnowiec ya que este sería el lugar donde se celebraría dicho evento y la verdad es que estuvo muy genial.

Nosotros fuímos pasada la 1pm, pero las actividades comenzaron a eso de las 12 del medio día, y les cuento que a pesar del frío que hacía este día, habían bastantes personas en el Arena Sosnowiec, que por cierto estaba muy lindo decorado con muchos globos de colores, además estaban vendiendo algunos postres y bebidas, también había muchas áreas de entretenimiento para los niños, y algunas presentaciones y como olvidar al perro policia, a quien Olivia le dió la mano y saludó, y es que ya saben que ella ama los personajes así.

Afuera también había una tarima donde se presentaron algunos cantantes después de las 3pm, pero no tuvimos la oportunidad de verlo ya que no estuvimos mucho tiempo allí, pero sin duda alguna la pasamos genial y estamos felices de que pudimos dar nuestro pequeño aporte a la organización y recibir nuestra calcomanía de corazón, este año la recaudación será para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de enfermedades gastrointestinales en niños, lo que me parece muy bien y algo que amo de Polonia es que siempre incluye en este tipo de eventos a los más pequeños así que esto es muy interesante para nosotros.

Hello, everyone! Today was the 34th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, or Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy (WOŚP) in Polish, and there were several events associated with this fundraiser in various cities across Poland, one of which was in Sosnowiec. so Pawel, Olivia, and I decided to go to the Arena Sosnowiec sports hall, as this was where the event was being held, and it was really great.

We arrived after 1 p.m., but the activities started around noon. and I can tell you that despite the cold weather that day, there were quite a few people at the Arena Sosnowiec, which, by the way, was very nicely decorated with lots of colorful balloons. They were also selling some desserts and drinks, and there were many entertainment areas for children, as well as some presentations. And how could we forget the police dog, whom Olivia shook hands with and greeted? You know how much she loves characters like that.

Outside there was also a stage where some singers performed after 3pm, but we didn't get a chance to see it as we weren't there long. But we definitely had a great time and we're happy that we were able to make our small contribution to the organization and receive our heart sticker. This year, the proceeds will go towards the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in children, which I think is great. Something I love about Poland is that it always includes children in these types of events, so this is very interesting for us.
