Hola a todos! como les conté hace un tiempo, he estado pensando en actividades para hacer con Olivia en casa por esta temporada en la que no podemos ir al parque, y como a ella le gustó la actividad de pegar papelitos en dibujos, más tarde se me ocurrió la idea de que también podíamos hacer lo mismo pero con plastilina, es decir hacer el arrastre de plastilina en dibujos, así que pusimos manos a la obra y para eso al igual que en la actividad de los papelitos, le hice también a Olivia unas figuras geométricas en papel, las cuales ibamos a pintar o a rellenar con trozos de plastilina.

Para empezar, sacamos todos las plastilinas que teníamos, pero usaríamos solo 2 colores, es decir, uno para cada figura, después le mostré a Olivia como rellenar las figuras con pequeños trozos de plastilina y más tarde ella empezó a seguirme y con sus pequeñitos deditos aplastaba la plastilina sobre el papel, para mí fué hermoso verla haciendo esto.

Ahora bien, esta es una actividad que ella entendió muy rápido y que además le gustó y por supuesto a mí como madre también porque se que tiene muchos beneficios para ella, como desarrollar la motricidad fina y la creatividad, estimular la coordinación ojo-mano, practicar las figuras geométricas y los colores, entre otros y ahora es una actividad que por supuesto les recomiendo a ustedes también, especialmente si tienen niños de la edad de Olivia, pues aunque ella aún no sabe hacerlo sin salirse de la línea, esto la motivará a aprenderlo.

As I told you a while ago, I've been thinking about activities to do with Olivia at home during this season when we can't go to the park, and since she liked the activity of sticking little pieces of paper on drawings, later I came up with the idea that we could also do the same thing but with plasticine, that is, dragging plasticine on drawings, So we got to work and, just like with the paper activity, I made Olivia some geometric shapes out of paper, which we were going to paint or fill in with pieces of plasticine.

To start, we took out all the modeling clay we had, but we would only use two colors, one for each shape. Then I showed Olivia how to fill in the shapes with small pieces of modeling clay, and later she began to follow my lead and use her tiny fingers to press the modeling clay onto the paper. It was beautiful for me to see her doing this.

Now, this is an activity that she understood very quickly and also enjoyed, and of course, as a mother, I enjoyed it too because I know it has many benefits for her, such as developing fine motor skills and creativity, stimulating hand-eye coordination, practicing geometric shapes and colors, among other things. Now it is an activity that I definitely recommend to you as well, especially if you have children Olivia's age, because even though she still can't do it without going outside the lines, it will motivate her to learn.
