Weekend-Engagement topics: WEEK 183 ~ My Phone is my baby

Could you live without your mobile phone for one weekend? Answer why or why not and what challenges you'd face, or benefits you'd gain. Remember to use your own photos.

Some months ago, we had issues with our light for some days, so I had difficulty charging my phone at will, so I had to take it to a barbing salon shop to power the battery.
I got back home and slept and by the time I woke up, I realized that it was very late, I rushed out to get my phone and upon getting there, I realized that the owner of the shop had closed his shop and gone home.
I was devastated, and sad and started weeping inside my heart, I mean the thought of sleeping without my phone that night was beginning to get to me, good thing I met someone who knows where he stays and had his number, so he had to call him for me.

After many pleas, the guy decided to come to the shop, to hand me the phone, and ever since that day, whenever I go to charge my phone outside, I make sure to sit around and get it once the person is ready to go.
Staying without my phone for even a few hours feels like a death sentence to me, how much more for one weekend, how do I live without that? My mobile phone is my best companion, so I am not sure I can stay without it.
Staying without my phone can cause depression especially when I am alone in the house and can cause me to start thinking unnecessarily, especially when I am less busy.
This is my entry to the Weekend-Engagement topics: WEEK 183
