THE MEMORY OF MY NEW YEAR'S DAY IS INSEPARABLE

Well, this new year has been so enjoyable, I loved my New Year's Day because it was different from other days, it was not like my normal day.

I celebrated the new year with my sister and her family, I traveled down to her place after the Christmas season because the children have been calling that they missed me so much and they want me to come and celebrate the new year with them.

All my thought was that the New Year would be like every other day, cook different types of meals, eat, and sleep but this time around I was wrong, so let me share my New Year's Day with you all.

I woke up very late because of the cross over, we came home late and everyone moved to their rooms so I woke up very late that day.

When I woke up I did some frying and cooking because that is my department in the house, you can never see me sweeping the house when everyone is around, no one will even tell me to sweep, but that kitchen has been my department all the time, after cooking our normal native food which everyone known as rice, I was unable to eat because I had already full my tummy when frying the meat, I ate too much of meat and I was so irritated to put anything called food in my stomach.

After that my sister called me and told everyone to get ready because we were going to the Cinema to watch the latest movie in town, I was extremely happy because I had planned to do that but I didn't know if she would bring the idea.

We all dressed up and drove to ShopRite when we got there we headed to the Cinema but the movie was scheduled for 7 pm I was furious because that was the only opportunity I got to watch the movie that day, the children were crying for ice cream and pizza while I their aunty was fighting to watch movie.

We headed to the mall and got some school stuff since we were already there and I did some shopping as well, my sister got so many unique things for me to celebrate the new year and to appreciate me for being her sister.

I spent time out with my sister and her family, we were happy and we took pictures together, laughing and we got ice cream for the children, I got ice cream for myself as well and we headed to the bar to cool off in the evening after we dropped the children at home.

It was so fun being with my sister and her family, the bond was extraordinary because it's been a long we saw each other and she was very happy to see me because I do relieve her of some house chores like bathing the children, making meals in the house and washing of cloth since I will not be using my hand for that.

If there is anything I would love to do this new year, I would love to be with my sister more and more, I enjoy her company and the children are so fun to be with, the house is very conducive to staying and everything is at my comfort.

This was how I spent my new year and I was happy to be with my lovely sister and her family.
