Generally, there is no privacy on social media, we only put up what we want people to see and the rest is history, giving out my social media handles will not be a problem since I am not against the growth of the company or speaking ill of others.

True, I share the same view with you,social media is open to all but when your employee does the same job with the company he works for its not good for business

Sure, there is no privacy on social media but trust me alot of employees do not follow there boss on social media and even when they see an invitation from their boss they turn it down just to have their fun space and mind their work. Personally I can give mine freely but I think it's an invasion of privacy. Thanks for sharing your thoughts
