No Struggle, No Stress: My Vision for My Children's Future
No one prays for hardship for their children, I believe we are all working to make life easy to the fullest for our children, the more the generation we produce the more life is easy, I know my father tried all he could to make life easy for us and that is how the train should continue.
As a parent I wish to eliminate all obstacles for my children, I do not wish them to go through any challenges in life because I have been in those shoes and I know how it pinches, leaving my children to go through sore situations is not what I should encourage my children to pass through.
Life is easier now than in the past because everyone is advancing, I remember some years back when the only people who had access to phones in our house were my father and mother, that was when the use of mobile phones was rare in the country but now we can see that every child now has access to phone starting from five years above, but during my time nothing like that, now will I have to judge that to the way I will treat my children, why will I deny my children access to phone when I can give it to them? Making my children go through a tough time will never make me a better parent.
We can all see the way the politicians are paving ways for their children, giving them best education and connection even when they are still young, why will my children be different, if I have the opportunity to clear every obstacle for them then I would gladly do it, it I will create a better avenue for them, make life so easy and let them enjoy life without struggling people who are studying abroad or people who study in the best universities doesn't have two heads so my children must enjoy the same opportunity as well.
Will Dangote tell his children to go out and be looking for jobs? Have we seen Otedola's children begging for giveaways on any social media platform, these people worked and made a name for themselves and their families, they make life so simple to live for their children and this has been my focus, I can never allow my children to trend in the system that produces me.
I have been working hard so that my children will attend the best school in the city and not go through any unnecessary stress in life, I know most of us who attend Nigeria universities can testify to how tedious and rigid some lecturers can be, also the Nigeria educational system is now something else, a program of four years can lead to seven years because of strikes, why will I allow such thing to happen to my children when I was a victim of it. All I want for my children is a stress-free life, a life that will be conducive for them, everything should go according to the way they plan, most of us plan to graduate from the university at 23 years but later end up graduating at 28 or 29, they wasted some years for us and I do not want any of this to happen to my children.
I know some parents will want their children to undergo some challenges just to discipline them and introduce them to another phase of life but I don't want that for my children, there are ways to make children feel disciplined but do not deny them access to good life.

Your last words concludes it my dear, if I am opportune to give my children the best of life, why would I even think of making them go through hardship for discipline sake, there many ways a child can be disciplined not until shege lifestyle.
The shege we are facing in this country nobody will ever pray for his or her children to face such, it is better to make life easy for them when we have chance to do so

I understand it, believe me... I have to live in Venezuela with less money than I need to live. The pension of an elderly adult is $3 dollars a month and only 100 grams of powdered milk is worth that amount. Imagine how an elderly person can live like that today? If someone is in need and hunger, it is us, we have no electricity, medical care is useless (there are no medicines, equipment, doctors make people sick instead of curing them, etc.) and in general everything is chaos, the country is immersed in the largest corruption in the history of the entire world. We are classified as the most corrupt country in the history of the world, so imagine, I know what true suffering is, I have had to live eating only 1 tablespoon of rice a day for 2 years...feeling weak and seeing death at my feet. eyes for many months...I know what it's like to suffer, believe me.
I love your post, when I marry and give birth i won't allow my children to suffer or face any challenges like I faced, and I will make sure to give them better education.

One man's food is another man's poison, I do not wish my children should pass through what I passed through, are you saying those who have money and created ways for their children doesn't know what they are doing, when you have all it takes to face the challenges for them u better do.
Every kid deserve the soft life but not without the teachings and discipline on how hard life could get at any point on time and that it's only a matter of time.
