This is another beautiful Sunday, I welcome you all to my blog,
Today I will be showing how I prepare my pasta without adding tomato paste. My family wants another way to prepare pasta without adding tomatoes and eggs, adding these ingredients is one of the major methods of preparing this delicacy in my country.

INGREDIENTS USED
Pasta
Carrot
Green peppers
Yellow pepper
Onions
Smoked fish
Pepper mix

I started by preparing all my ingredients, rinsed them thoroughly, and diced my pepper, I had already prepared the carrot a night before using it and preserved it in the refrigerator so I brought it out and allowed it to defrost, I washed the smoke fish I would be using then de-boned it so that my little niece won't have a problem eating it.

I parboiled the pasta without breaking it into pieces, I allowed it to boil on low heat for ten minutes then drained the water and rinsed it by pouring water on it so that it would also remove excess starch and not allow it to come out soggy.

I proceeded by frying my veggies, I started with my green pea, and after some minutes I added the carrot and the green peppers, I only allowed it to fry for a minute because I love it crunchy, I added one cube of the seasoning cube while frying the veggies.

Also, I fried the smoking fish again because I wanted it to be a little bit stronger, after frying then I added my pepper mix and fried it for some minutes, I added seasoning cubes to taste better and salt, and I added water so that it would cook the pasta perfectly.

I added the pasta and mixed thoroughly, after some minutes I checked back and saw that the pasta was cooked, so I added the fried veggies with the smoked fish and covered it so that everything could steam together, I off the gas and covered it so that the heat from the pasta will steam the veggies with the onions I added after cooking.

This was how I made the delicious pasta, it tasted really good and everyone enjoyed it since I didn't make it in a normal way and also added veggies to it, it was so colorful because of the veggies I added to it.
