HEALTH IS WEALTH // ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH
In everything we do in life, I believe moderation should always be part of it, learn how to measure your intake of food, many people can think or will think I am not making sense but when you read through my post then you will know what I am saying.
When I say moderation, I mean we should learn how to control our body system when it comes to food, some people can eat portions of food that should be shared among five people, this is causing harm to our body system and most people are not taking note of this because we believe it is ordinary food.
This happened to me last year, I went to my sister's house and whenever I go to her house I get to eat anything I like, there is nothing I want that she will not get for me, that is how caring she is to me and everyone around her.
This particular Sunday she prepared pounded yam in the afternoon and I had already eaten rice as breakfast and I was okay with it after she finished preparing the pounded yam she called me and asked if I wanted some, and I was still okay with the rice I ate in the morning but due to the aroma of the soup she made I was so eager to have another portion of the pounded yam, she dishes mine and I ate it.
After an hour I went to the kitchen and saw ice cream inside the freezer then I opened it and took it, I ate literally everything she cooked that day both the ones that were healthy and the ones who are not, it was bedtime and I noticed that I was feeling so uncomfortable, then I felt so irritated by everything I see.
The next thing is that I began to belch and started to vomit, I was so uncomfortable to the point that I couldn't close my eyes throughout the night, had it been I watched what I ate that day I wouldn't have been so uncomfortable like that, this got me to the hospital before I could get myself and I noticed that after I left my sister's house I added more weight which makes me feel so bad.
Eating too much food can be so disastrous to our health and this can cause harm to the body, most people eat wrongly which is very bad, eating the right portion of food can be healthy, some of our are product of not eating right, or obese, we should all learn how to eat right and always measure how we eat in other to have good health.
Eating the right portion can make us look so healthy and always eat what is good for the body not always processed food that can cause harm or that is dangerous to our health, our health is so paramount and it needs proper care.
Apart from this situation, I do not have any excuse to visit the hospital apart from normal sickness like headaches and catarrh and I always have a solution for that. Always exercise the body that is also part of what makes the body stronger and healthy

You're right though, it is important to watch what goes into our mouth. We should not stress our stomach and we should allow it time to rest.

It is nice to know you are okay after passing through such pain. Moderation is the needed ingredient in our lives now.

They say too much of everything is not good. Even food can be harmful to us when we don’t eat healthy foods or food that is compatible with our body systems. Excessive eating can make you uncomfortable, and you might feel the need to vomit before feeling better.
My sister recently told me that she ate too much and had to throw up everything before feeling better. It's important to have eating etiquette and know when to eat and when not to. Sometimes it's our cravings(longer throat) that lead us to overeat. We should learn to eat moderately. After all, health is wealth.
