Giving with Intention, Not for External Validation
Let me start my statement from the scripture which says God loves the cheerful giver, the bible also says do not let your right hand know what you do for the left, this means God gives credit to people who give without any expectations.
Giving is an act, some people live to give just for people to see and commend their effort but to me this is very wrong, giving should come from a sincere heart and not from the heart of mockery.
We have different occasions that we must give and take records, for instance, if you are working in any nongovernmental organization you must keep a record of every activity that is been carried out, and giving to the less privileged must be on record for future reference and accountability, I do not blame anyone who is doing this because we do not know the motive of recording the situation.
For people who give to gain followers, I will not blame them because they want publicity and that is their way of making money, everyone is finding means to secure a better future for themselves, what I will say about people who post all this on social media is to seek for the consent of the people before putting their faces on social media.
Who am I to condemn anyone, Everyone is doing what is best for them, giving is a habit and it is not everyone can give without expecting something in return, gaining more followers is what they bring to the table because they gain more publicity by giving and posting it on social media just that the people they are helping do not know that they are helping the social influencers as well, Life is now about give and take.
Well everyone has their motive for giving, as for me I give willingly without expecting anything in return and if I wish to give, nobody will know about it, I prefer to give to someone that I do not know and will not recognize me in future, giving with a sincere heart is what is acceptable not the one that the world will know about.
There was this friend of mine who was very good in crypto, I called him crypto guru while we were in school, and he introduced me to crypto and asked me to buy some coins, I was a novice then, I knew nothing about wallets or whatsoever, he said he open a wallet on my behalf with his phone and gave me a fake password, I gave him money to buy coin into the wallet because I trusted him so much.
He started giving me some change and told me that he had sold the coin and the money he sent to me was my reward not knowing that he was using my money for his own business when I was ready another friend enlightened me about crypto when I realized that he has been scamming and cheating me.
I learned more about crypto and I called him to send my wallet address but he was dumbfounded, I confronted him and told him my mind, I thought he was helping me not knowing he was cheating me and gaining more on me.
It is better to give without expecting anything in return that is what we call giving not the one that you are ripping people and they believe you are helping them.
Remember, giving is not just about money, it's about time, resources, and kindness. Let's give in whatever way we can. Don't let anyone deceive you into thinking that giving is just about personal gain. True giving is about making a difference.

That type of a guy are many and they are in different Sectors too. I am glad you were able to get genuine help and also made it clear that he did wrong. Doing good without expecting anything in return is actually the best.
When giving you should not have the mindset of getting a favor. I love secret giving
Hello there, ma'am. Indeed, God loves a cheerful giver. Who are we to judge people who choose to do things differently, right? I still think your intentions should be genuine when carrying out good deeds.
Exactly. I think letting the people know and asking for their permission to put their faces online is the right thing to do, and I don't think most of the people receiving such help will mind, all that matters is that they get the help they need
Some people just want to use any little opportunity to take advantage of others. It’s really a shame but such is life.
Giving is good, but I always prefer to keep it private than letting the whole world know.
You are right, giving without expecting anything in return is a good thing.
Giving without expecting anything is the best and the type of giving God want
