ENTERING A COFFEE SHOP// THINGS THAT IMMEDIATELY GRAB MY ATTENTION

It was a bright afternoon, I closed from work and then decided to call a friend maybe we could hang out for an evening talk, I have a lot of gist for my friend so I think it would be nice if we do that in a cool and serene environment.

This particular shop is just a walk away from my workplace and it is a new coffee shop in that vicinity, I thought it would be nice if I checked it out and saw how nice the place is.

First and foremost, I love to pay attention to the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the space. Is it well-maintained, with clean tables and floors? Because the atmosphere can set the tone for my entire experience. Well let me say they passed the first test of cleanliness, the shop was well arranged.

Secondly, I love to observe the staff in any shop I'm visiting to know how they interact with customers, Are they friendly and attentive, or do they seem disinterested and rushed? The level of customer service can make or break my decision to stay. In this case, the hospitality was top-notch, the staff was so friendly despite I hadn't ordered my coffee, and the staff were neat and wore smiling faces this drew me closer and made them one of my favorite coffee shops.

I had entered a coffee shop where the ambiance wasn't conducive at all, the manager was so rude and never care about their customer's satisfaction, he talked anyhow and never met the demands of their customers but this new coffee shop wasn't like that at all, the environment is so cool with nice waterfall, a relaxation center where you can seat with friends and enjoy the moment, a place where you can have fun even when you are not buying anything from the shop.

Also, I fell in love with the interior decorator, The wooden tones, and the plants, the painting was so nice and simple, a coffee shop doesn't need a lousy environment, and coffee is meant to wash away stress and make you feel refreshed.

Since the coffee shop had all the criteria I needed clean, lively, aromatic, and hospitable, then I settled in and enjoyed my visit. But if any of these elements are lacking, I might just turn around and seek out a different place that can provide the cozy, inviting coffee shop experience I'm looking for.
