El intenso calor nos ha agobiado a todos estos ultimos días, yo como Margariteña estoy acostumbrada al sol y al calor pero está tan fuerte que hasta para los que nacimos en la Isla se ha vuelto estresante el sol y el calor. Así que mis hijos y yo hemos buscado la forma de refrescarnos un pocodisfrutando de unos deliciosos helados que venden muy cerca de casa. Estos helados son económicos pero nos refrescan muchísimo sobre todo a la hora del mediodía que es cuando vamos bajando del colegio y llegamos a casa agotados.
Así que en esta oportunidad compré tres helados para disfrutarlos al llegar a casa pues no quería que nos hijos mancharan el uniforme escolar. Fue cuestión de poco minutos para llegar a casa e inmediatamente mis hijos pidieron su helado y pudimos pasar un momento bastante agradable mientras nos refrescamos con los helados y yo tomaba las fotos para compartirles el día de hoy.
La recomendación es mantenerse bien hidratado y bueno refrescarse de vez en cuando pero para mí la mejor forma de hacerlo es comiendo heladitos pues el dulce se ha vuelto mi placer favorito ☺️

As someone from Margarita Island, I am used to the sun and heat, but it has been so strong that even for those of us who were born on the island, the sun and heat have become stressful. So my children and I have looked for ways to cool off a bit by enjoying some delicious ice cream sold very close to home. These ice creams are inexpensive but they cool us down a lot, especially at midday when we come home from school exhausted.
So this time I bought three ice creams to enjoy when we got home, as I didn't want my children to get their school uniforms dirty. It only took a few minutes to get home and my children immediately asked for their ice cream. We had a very pleasant time cooling off with the ice cream while I took photos to share with you today.
The recommendation is to stay well hydrated and cool off from time to time, but for me, the best way to do that is by eating ice cream, as sweets have become my favorite treat ☺
