El día de hoy les traigo una nueva actividad en casa donde trabajaremos sumas sencillas haciendo uso de un juego didáctico donde el niño no solo se iniciará en la suma sino que se divertirá mientras aprende.

Mi pequeño hijo apenas está iniciando este proceso de sumar y me pareció muy divertido enseñarlo haciendo uso de sus manitos. Pero en esta ocasión quise realizarle un juego didáctico donde pudiera entretenerse mientras consolidamos este aprendizaje.
My little son is just starting this process of adding and I found it very fun to teach him using his little hands. But this time I wanted to make him a didactic game where he could have fun while we consolidate this learning process.
Esta actividad es muy sencilla y los materiales que use son fáciles de conseguir en casa, Pero me gustó mucho porque los resultados son evidentes cuando las realizamos constantemente. Podemos iniciar con sumas básicas donde el niño con las dos manitos pueda ayudarse a resolver sumas sencillas y posteriormente podemos ir avanzando con sumas más complejas.
This activity is very simple and the materials I used are easy to find at home, but I liked it a lot because the results are evident when we do them constantly. We can start with basic sums where the child with two little hands can help to solve simple sums and then we can move on to more complex sums.

Una hoja blanca, un trozo de papel de color, tijera, marcador y pega en barra.

Para esta actividad quise incorporar a mi hijo en la realización de la misma. Así que el primer paso fue colocar sus manitos para delimitar las manos que usaré en el juego didáctico.
For this activity I wanted to incorporate my son in the realization of the activity. So the first step was to place his little hands to delimit the hands that I will use in the didactic game.
Una vez que tenía las dos manitos de mi niño ya pintadas en el papel de color procedía recortarlas con ayuda de las tijeras.
Once I had my child's two little hands painted on the colored paper, I proceeded to cut them out with scissors.
Continúe pegando las manitos en la hoja blanca en sentido horizontal. En este caso debemos pegar a la hoja blanca las palmas de la manos procurando dejar los deditos libres para poder realizar las sumas.
Continue gluing the hands horizontally on the white sheet. In this case we must glue the palms of the hands to the white sheet, trying to leave the fingers free to be able to do the sums.
Finalmente procedí a realizar con el marcador unas suma sencillas en la parte de abajo de la hoja blanca para así dar por culminada esta actividad y comenzar a trabajar con mi hijo.
Finally, I proceeded to make some simple sums with the marker at the bottom of the white sheet to finish this activity and start working with my son.

La idea es que el niño resuelva las sumas haciendo uso de los dedos de las manitos. De esta manera estamos reforzando el conteo e iniciando al niño en las operaciones matemáticas.
The idea is that the child solves the sums using the fingers of the little hands. In this way we are reinforcing counting and initiating the child in mathematical operations.
Es muy fácil y sin duda el niño se entretendrá contando y sumando para resolver cada una de las operaciones. Por ejemplo en la suma 2 + 2 el niño debe contar dos dedos en cada mano y luego realizar la suma para colocar el resultado que será el número 4.
It is very easy and no doubt the child will have fun counting and adding to solve each of the operations. For example in the sum 2 + 2 the child must count two fingers on each hand and then add the sum to place the result which will be the number 4.

Esta actividad será de mucho beneficio para los niños ya que los ayudará a iniciarse en la sumas de una manera más didáctica y entretenida. En nuestro caso ha sido de mucha ayuda pues ya con anterioridad he iniciado a mi hijo en el conteo usando sus manitos y ahora nos encontramos iniciando con las sumas.
This activity will be of great benefit to the children since it will help them to start adding in a more didactic and entertaining way. In our case it has been very helpful because I have already initiated my son in counting using his little hands and now we are starting with the sums.
Estas actividades en casa son muy productivas y ahora que nos encontramos en vacaciones es el momento perfecto para continuar el trabajo y consolidar esos aprendizajes que quedaron en proceso. Los invito a continuar trabajando y enseñando desde casa a sus pequeños procurando hacer uso de material didáctico para que nuestros niños puedan divertirse mientras aprenden.
These activities at home are very productive and now that we are on vacation it is the perfect time to continue the work and consolidate the learning that was left in process. I invite you to continue working and teaching your children at home, trying to make use of didactic material so that our children can have fun while they learn.
