Los días en mi adorada Isla de Margarita han sido cada día más soleado y calurosos, por lo que salí a realizar alguna compra o actividad fuera de casa es realmente todo un desafío pues entre el calor y el intenso sol terminamos agobiados. Yo siempre he disfrutado de este delicioso clima playera pero en estas épocas del año es cuando más debemos cuidarnos y protegernos de no exponernos durante mucho tiempo a los rayos del sol y también mantenernos bien hidratados en todo momento.
He vivido toda mi vida en la Isla pero confieso que estos días el sol me ha tenido agobiada y el calor un poco estresada 🌞 me cuido colocándome protector solar todas las mañanas antes de salir de casa y mi termo con agua no puede faltar en mi bolso. Y de igual manera protejo a mi familia cada vez que realizamos alguna actividad al aire libre como en esta ocasión que salimos a realizar algunas compras y decidimos pasear para observar el movimiento en algunas playas cercanas.

I have lived all my life on the Island but I confess that these days the sun has had me overwhelmed and the heat a little stressed 🌞 I take care of myself by putting sunscreen every morning before leaving home and my thermos with water can not miss in my bag. And in the same way I protect my family every time we do some outdoor activity like this time we went out to do some shopping and decided to take a walk to observe the movement in some nearby beaches.
