Actualmente, existen en el mercado una gran variedad de harinas libres de gluten, son especiales para aquellas personas intolerantes a este componente, también son buenas opciones para aquellas personas que estamos en el proceso de bajar el consumo de harina de trigo, esto no es nada fácil para mí, pues la harina trigo además de ser más económica, más rendidora y mucho más adaptable a todo tipos de recetas, nos es inculcada como un alimento premium desde nuestros primeros años de vida.
Romper los vínculos con los ingredientes tradicionales con los cuales hemos sido criados y alimentados puede volverse una ardua tarea, pero sigo enfocada en este plan de ingerir menos harina de trigo, no creo que pueda dejarla del todo, pero sigo buscando alternativas que me ayuden a cumplir este objetivo.
