Here is a guide on how to put your goals and achieve them, turning your dreams into goals into realities.
1. Define Your Goals Clearly
First, it is necessary to define tasks, which have to be achieved – it is better to do it with the help of rather concrete and clear goals that have to be set. Avoid being vague as in statements like ‘I need to lose some weight’ and go for more direct as in ‘I will train for 30 minutes at least five times in a week’.

Time-bound: A directs a deadline so that there is pressure and no time to waste.
3. Break Down Big Goals

In fact most of the succesfully people are succesfully because they have clear goals and they plan their years, weeks, and days in advance. By planing your day is the only way to have enough time for doing anything you have to do, if you don't plan, you'll find yourself playing video games, or watching tv and wasting your time.
I am terrible at goal setting and must get better.
