One of the means of identity, is through our language. one can easily be identified by the native language he / she speaks. Although there are several m and of communication, language stands out as one of the best ways one can easily relate to one another. There are lot of homes where there is a problem in speaking their native language because the children has been exposed to good and quality schools where they are been taught with mostly English language and this has instilled a system in them as they will be communicating with it, sometimes tries to use the native language to communicate with them in order to make them conversant with it, something it's not always an easy tasks because the children were direct exposed to the foreign language before the native language.

I grew up in a home were both parents were from the same state of origin, so we as children grew up hearing them communicate to with our native language, even when we were living the city, my parents mostly use native language to communicate to us at home, especially if they want to pass a message to you in public and they don't want others to understand, they will prefer using the native language to communicate with you, Another one was my mom and grandma, the online way we could go for holidays at Grandma's house will be if we can communicate with her, at first it was difficult but we needed to learn because it was always fun visiting the village and staying with her, I will say one of reason why i learnt to speak my native Language fluently was because I was my grandma's favorite and i needed to learn how to relate with her.
Advantages of Speaking the Native Language
We have a lot of benefits for speaking out native language, when parents encourage and instill the model tongue to their upspring, one of the benefit is it's will help them Identify with others very easily, there are places where doors has been opened to people and someone was highly favored because of speaking their native language.
Another benefits is when you are in a particular place, and can speak their language, it's gives you a sense of belonging, it's builds bond and friendship with the people we meet outside the comfort of our homes, I can still remember how I use to receive gift from people when I visit the village, because I was able to greet them in our native language, little gift like fruits and helps from elderly people. You see, language makes us feel among and by speaking we have this sense of belonging.
Children must learn their native language. It is an important and a necessity thing to do, it helps in developing a robust sense of identity. Speaking one's mother language instills a profound connection with cultural traditions and the broader community. It forms a unique bond, even during casual exchanges among themselves. The intimacy of sharing a common language in the house unites the family and nurtures a deep sense of understanding.
