Yesterday I run into a old friend of mine back then in secondary school, she had so much with back then in school I know as a child growing up in the midst of other children she was an object of radical I still remember how we used how some kids use to make mockery of her weight, but since she was my friend i have to love the way she was, but something surprised me yesterday when we ran into each other, I noticed she wasn't that fat has she was back then in school and I was moved to ask her, she told me she was tired of the weight it to make her sick and she need to loss the weight and she was advised to start cycling as a daily routine and that was how she has been losing some good weight.
