1️⃣ Changes are inevitable but sometimes we find it difficult to adapt to them. Was there a circumstance or a sudden change that impacted your life, routine, or lifestyle? How did you deal with it? Did you have a hard time? Please share the story.

2️⃣ Some women cut their own hair not mainly to save money but because they find fun in doing it. Have you ever done it yourself? How did it turn out? Would you do it again?

And I will be sharing my ideas about hair cuts and my reasons. Women naturally grow long and beautiful hair In most places you will rarely seen men with long hair but but women it is normal thing, it is believe that the women hair adds so element of beauty to her face of which I can also say it's true, however we seen some women including myself choosing to be on low cut not just because they don't have money but some find it more beautiful and simple, many don't like the stress that comes with maintaining a long hair, some the pains of plating is what they are avoiding while some don't have the time to stay in a salon for that long to make their hair. It all depends on what they want and what gives them satisfaction.

The Decision to Cut My Own Hair

I first decided to cut my hair a few years ago. When I started the university, I was always very busy with studies and find it hard to really hard to visit the salon for retouch, and another reason why I cut my hair aside from lack of time was that then the weather was extremely hot, as a student I was leaving off campus I didn't have a generator to always have light when there is failure in power supply, so I find so uncomfortable carrying long hair and sweating all the night. I can still remember there were nights I couldn't sleep because of the heat, I will just be struggling. Sometimes I will have to bathe for like two times before the day's break. Cutting my hair was a great relief and a perfect solution. In fact it was as if I took the bordens off my shoulder. Though I was nervous about the decision, I told my mom she gave me her permission so I went ahead with it. I had peace after doing that, I could bathe every part of my body and feel the sweetness of water. There is this joy and refreshment you get when you bath from your head to your toe. I had peace with myself because I could sleep better from the other days.

The interesting thing was that it was an experience that was a mix of beauty and comfort. I had a lot of compliments from people who looked good on me. Some of my friends told me they prefer me maintaining the hair cut. All the compliments boosted my confidence, making me appreciate the decision even more. I realized that it is very important to always prioritize our comfort and happiness, it must not also be what others are doing, but if what we are doing is right and gives us peace then we should go ahead with it. Sometimes, taking matters into our own hands can yield great results. It’s not just about the end result but also the process, the fun, the creativity, and the satisfaction of having done something for myself. I’ve since cut my hair several times, and each time I do that I also feel good and comfortable with it.

Would I Do It Again?

I'm one person who likes to explore things, I try to do new things and if they go bad I face the consequences. This idea is about trying different styles, understanding what suits me best, and enjoying the freedom that comes with it. For those considering cutting their own hair, I’d say if it is what you want, go for it. With a little bit of research and confidence, it can be a rewarding and fun experience.
