Wow, here comes one of the most special days on earth, mothers day celebrations.
Living in a world filled with people who are always hustling and running around to make a living, there's always one constant presence who always stands as the bedrock of our lives as children, our mothers. Today as we celebrate Mother's Day, it's the perfect opportunity for me to reflect on and appreciate the remarkable women in my life who have shaped my existence, alongside other significant family members and role figures who have guided me along life's journey.

I will boldly say that mothers are the silent architects of their children's lives, here in Africa our mothers play a very important role in raising us so we don't joke when it comes to our mothers, their unweaving love, strength, and wisdom they put into training us beings from the moment we were conceived, it's take a lot of deliberate effort to keep pregnancy as mothers are advised on what to eat and what not, places to go and how to live their lives for that period of time till birth. They are our very first teachers, imparting invaluable lessons about kindness, morals and compassion through their actions and words. Here in Africa our mothers will teach you how to cook and manage home right from very tender age, they will prefer your heart for the future ahead of you, not just that they are always there soothing our fears in the dead of night to cheering us on from the sidelines of life's challenges, mothers are the ultimate champions in our corner, always ready to lend an ear or a shoulder to lean on, our biggest motivation, yeah if you ask a lot of people who motivated them to do better in life a good number of them is their mothers.

But let's not forget the role of other family members who contribute to our growth and development. Fathers, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, teachers, mentors each play a unique and vital role in shaping who we are and who we aspire to become. Whether it's a father's quiet strength, a grandparent's timeless wisdom, or a sibling's unwavering support, I won't forget in a hurry my aunt's and uncle who have been a very good support system to my growth, they have always showed me kindness and support, I can't so neglect my siblings those creatures are wonderful set if people, thei love, fight and everything has contributed immensely to my growth all these individuals leave an indelible mark in my hearts and minds, enriching my lives in ways both seen and unseen. When you know that you have people who love and support you, those who will be there and will always be in times of challenges, family a priceless treasure and we also need to show appreciation for their love towards us.

It's important for me as a person to take this day not only to honor my mother but to express gratitude to all those who have nurtured, guided, and loved me unconditionally. I really appreciate it. I don't take this privilege for granted.
