The Media Team Work

Good day everyone and happy new day,it a pleasure meeting you people here,I want to say something about my Media Team Work, but let first on my own point of view says something about team work.
Teamwork in my own perspective,is a when a group of persons with a collaborative effort work together towards a common goal or to complete a task more efficiently and effectively which they couldn't achieve it individually ,in an organization,this brings easiest way of doing things.

This was what I used to work during and I inaugural service in my church,as a Media Team leader,I assign duty to my co worker and where to cover and how to do it,I also did same to myself because when things like this take a place in an organization, there will be more growth in working place, we shared our Media tags to each other,this makes easy identification of the visitors to identify us as media team that are working in the event center,it also protecting the Work of unauthorized camera men,who may come in to take coverage for any unauthorized publication.

The essence of it is that the Areas to cover will be easy and the ideal that will be put to work is a collective effort,it always makes growth to be welcome. How ever, Mr. Goodness Mike was a hard working Media Team mate ,he gave me 90% support to make sure there was a successful coverage of the inaugural service,. The documentary is for a subsequent fof use, the capacity of the center was a wonderful experience that makes us have more ideas to set up our equipment for good work. So after the conclusion of the service,we were able to have documentary for future purposes, mostly a of remembrance.

The important of the Team work,it makes us not to be rushing up and down,it also makes us to see our work as easy as counting ABC. So Team Work is a machinery for any organization to succeed in achieving a set goal and objectives.
