It a pleasure to meet with you through this platform,it gladden my heart when I read through people's posts on #hive-ghana,it shows that hive is an educative platform that is helping a lot of bloggers.

I want to write on the the title A Small scale business,a starting point for Non government workers. How ever,I will like to bring th you the secret of running a small scale business for the purpose of creating a job.

I will like to say that in my own point of view that a small scale business or privert business is typically understand as a business whereby a people that have limited number of employees to moderate investment also have local market focus, with a relative small production or sales volume.

As I said before, it's a private owned and operated business structure, with a minimal start-up capital and a smaller to workforce compared to others larger enterprises.

As a business man, having experienced positive change from the business and gaining weight financially when starting the business I was with a small startup capital and to day,I have gained a lot. So I used the experience to encourage my sister and also open a small scale business for her to management. The business is a shoes business at where she is staying,this will help her even as a married woman,she buy the ideas and accepted my offer of business ideas. I support her to set those things up and arranged it the way she will be able to start the business.

I will No because every business that someone starts is not all about money,it is about having the zeal to do it when started, have the characters of small scale business operators. Like the shoes business I helped my sister to start was onl with a little takeup capital of #100,000 naira in my local currency and when I added it in $hive dollar 257.07 hive. At least at a start,she will make good sales and gains or interest.

It is good to be creative in any form to cope with the current economic situation of your location, life is all about facing financial challenges in every day, you we need to have the spirit of entrepreneurs so that things will be at least easy to us.

I hereby conclude that, every person that can't afford white kolar Job should not sit at one place or be going around searching for one rather should create one job to become an entrepreneur as I need for my sister. I call on young graduates to be up and doing at all time because economic situation mostly in Africa and Nigeria to be precise is wrong, which I think other Africans countries are facing the same challenges.
