My Action,My Responsibility

Greetings to you all my fellow hivers,am delighted to write on different changes about taking responsibility for someone actions. I have have come to understand that in this adays,a lot of people can't take responsibility for themselves base on the actions they take,rather seek for heart of sympathy or systemic mind set from others anytime they make bad decisions or take action that affected them negatively.
That is a little I can say and action taking.

In the same vein, let me share another change about taking responsibility for one's actions,in my own research I have also under that this days a lot of people don't want to take responsibility for they do as a result of their actions, rather they seek for sympathetic approach from others whenever they make wrong decisions that affect themselves and even others negatively.

We all know that everybody are going through some rough experiences in their lives and most often they do not welcome the idea that it's due to the because of their actions and activities towards a good person. A lot of people do direct the blame to others and be dishonest with themselves.

My inspiration of writing this post after taking time to in watching the movie entitled “Straw” by Tyler Perry. To me, Janiyah has failed in taking full responsibility and rather apportioned or seek blame to gained the haert of the society sympathize with him which was bad and wrong.

In reality , taking responsibility to me means that a person have to acknowledge that , what they are going through is the outcome of their mistakes, their wrong attitude and of course all those wrong decisions they make without blaming anyone for their misfortunes in life.
So this showcase being honest, either positive or negative results

Below are some point that I can see someone should note when facing Setback as a man or woman.

It is necessary to see accountability as one of the factors in any condition you find yourself, try to catch up to your actions ,even it failure or you succeed because it is only when you catch up to your actions that you can stop looking for sympathetic people around you, so b catching up, you will welcome your actions and work for the betterment of your life,we should be concerned about self-awareness in anything we are doing ,we need to remember the impact of our choices on others and their outcomes.
So it is Important to take responsibility for our actions,taking responsibility is also for our actions is necessary because of it will helps to build trust, and and make us to become more independent in your life and trustworthy as I wrote about dependency life last two days in my post.
It also opens ways to learned, more importantly ,if someone understands his or her mistakes,It pave way for self-growth and individual development within our ecosystem.

I will continue to say that taking responsibility will encourage people to be respecting and strengthens your relationship in both personal and also in professional standards, another point is it will helps us to improve on our decision making process has it reflect on our past actions, which will protect our integrity for good choices in the next future.

CONCLUSION: I do here conclude that we should not put blames on others people failures, but rather correct and encourage them, secondly we should apologize at anytime we make mistakes and sincerely acknowledge our faults without apportioning it to someone else.
