A Child Crying For African Leaders To Wakeup
Greatest Africans, greetings from my end,it always a crying moment to the good people of the African countries about their leadership,a child was crying during the children Emphasis service in the Presbyterian Church Of Nigeria Use Offot Uyo Cathedral Akwa Ibom State Nigeria ahead of the 27th day celebration of the children.
The children Emphasis service is always organized in honor of all the children to celebrate their day comes May 27th in every year,so this year at the above name church,it was a remarkable event as children were given the opportunity to cary on all the activities. What brings shocked to into the gathering was when a child that was giving an opportunity to preach to me people was preaching on the topic "Bad leadership,A Destruction To Our Father's Land" using Africa as a case study.
The girl child was so serious in her preaching, telling the world about the poor leadership that our leaders have over us, allowing foreigners to still use us even after colonialism, she pointed out on mis Use of our resources as a key problem that Africa our father land has been bless with good Natural resources by God and our leaders are still under the control of influence of colonialism. She was so sad about fellow Africans looking for a down fall of her sister's State.
I was so unhappy at a moment, having sad emotions thinking what would have make us Africa behind development and mismanagement of Africa resources through the infrastructure of colonialism. And what really call my attention, was the little girl child was saying " Give us A Chance To Rule Africa we are tired of depression" at this point, she was setting a tears of sadness and disappointed, and there was tension in the congregation as parents were in the mood of different thoughts and sad feelings.
People were going home in worried and sadness about the what the little girl preach in the church.
As she mentioned the right of a girl child and generally the children who are the future leaders of Africa should not be allowed to be destroyed.
She sang a song, Wake up, Wakeup , Wakeup Oh Africans. Wake up Wakeup Wakeup Let Build New Africa. That was a good one little Miss Clara Boniface, she was given a scholarship to finished her studies in secondary school. At the end everyone goes home with heart of liberation .
My question is how long will we continue in darkness,if children have wake up,let us joined them and make their future brighter, they need a better Africa.
Some leaders not doing what is expected of them is one thing but the most unfortunate part is seeing most of the younger generation picking up same steps.
