📸Hello to the entire community! This is my entry for the Show Me A Photo Contest Round 253.

In the photo, you can see a peacock, a species considered one of the most spectacular birds in the world. This particular one is named Pocholo, and he is a male. He lives in Guanabacoa, right inside a private art gallery belonging to a famous Cuban artist. He roams freely there along with two peahens, whom Pocholo is constantly overprotective of; if anyone tries to get close to them, he simply starts screaming in an unbearable way.

Since the contest theme is "Free Choice," I decided to participate with this image. That day, I had been invited to a contemporary art exhibition at the gallery, but the only things that caught my attention were the animals. Pocholo, in particular, is quite famous; people are always talking about him, and I was curious to meet him. However, he is a bit irritating: he spent the whole time screaming and scaring away people who wanted to take his picture, but I managed to get this shot with my cell phone.

📸Hola a toda la comunidad. Esta es mi participación en el Show Me A Photo Contest Round 253.

En la foto pueden ver un pavo real, especie considerada como una de las aves más espectaculares. Este en particular se llama Pocholo y es un macho. Vive en Guanabacoa, justo dentro de una galería de arte privada perteneciente a un famoso artista cubano. Allí anda libremente junto a otras dos pavas reales, a quienes Pocholo cela constantemente; si alguien quiere acercarse a ellas, él simplemente comienza a gritar de forma insoportable.

Como el tema del concurso es libre, he decidido participar con esta imagen. Ese día me habían invitado a una exposición de arte contemporáneo en la galería y lo único que me llamó la atención fueron los animales. Pocholo, sobre todo, es muy famoso; la gente siempre habla de él y tenía curiosidad por conocerlo. Sin embargo, es un poco irritante: se la pasó gritando y espantando a la gente que quería tomarle fotos, pero logré esta toma con mi teléfono celular.
