Hola a todos, espero se encuentren bien. Hoy les vengo a mostrar en este vídeo como usar un poco la creatividad para realizar unos apliques en porcelana.

Hace unos días una cliente me pidió que le realizará unos diseños con la insignia (escudo) de una institución, es decir, un diseño personalizado. Por supuesto para este diseño no tenia moldes y no era rentable pedir uno personalizado para un solo pedido.

Cuando la cliente me hace llegar la insignia, calcule mas o menos la medida y la imprimí en hoja blanca, luego la forma general de la insignia la calque en una cartulina y este fue mi apoyo para cortar los moldes en la porcelana, así todos quedarían de la misma forma y del mismo tamaño.

Para cortar estas formas lo que hice fue tomar la figura de cartulina y colocarla cuidadosamente sobre la porcelana y con un estilete o un exacto, cortar poco a poco. Luego de cortar, con la punta de los dedos de corrige y se le da un bonito acabado a los bordes de la figura.

To cut these shapes, what I did was take the cardboard figure and carefully place it on the porcelain and with a stylus or an Exacto, cut little by little. After cutting, correct the edges of the figure with your fingertips and give a nice finish.

El diseño del centro de la insignia, como tenia mas detalles y era mas pequeña, la imprimí a color en papel fotográfico y luego les aplique resina a cada pieza. La resina nos ayuda a darle brillo a la imagen y a protegerla para que sea mas duradera.

The design of the center of the badge, since it had more details and was smaller, I printed it in color on photographic paper and then applied resin to each piece. The resin helps us give shine to the image and protect it so that it is more durable.

Luego del proceso de secado de la resina, corte cuidadosamente cada pieza y esta se le pega a la pieza de porcelana mientras esta húmeda para que el diseño resinado pegue muy bien.
Cuando ya mi figura estaba bien seca, con un pincel fino y vinilo le copie las palabras que tiene la insignia.

After the resin drying process, carefully cut each piece and glue it to the porcelain piece while it is wet so that the resin design sticks very well.
When my figure was very dry, with a fine brush and vinyl I copied the words on the insignia.

Con situaciones como esta nos podemos demostrar que muchas veces nosotros mismo nos ponemos trabas para realizar algún trabajo. Muchas veces decimos, esto no lo puedo realizar porque no tengo los materiales o hasta que no tenga todos los implementos no nos atrevemos a emprender algún proyecto.
Para las manualidades lo mas importante es hacerlo con el corazón y creatividad.
