¡Hola Chicos!
Hoy les contaré la segunda parte de lo que fue este taller de Textura familiar, súper improvisado pero que por suerte logramos sacar adelante con éxito.
Como les comenté en el post anterior, la señora me contacto en horas de la mañana para una actividad ese mismo día en la tarde. Brincamos y saltamos y logramos dar con los tiempos para que todo se diera de buena forma.
Ya estando en la casa comenzamos a trabajar en cada obra y todos estaban bien inspirados. Entre charlas y música se pasó una tarde bastante agradable.

Today I'll tell you about the second part of this Family Texture workshop, which was super improvised but luckily we managed to pull off successfully.
As I mentioned in the previous post, the lady contacted me in the morning for an activity that afternoon. We jumped and jumped and managed to find the right timing so everything would go smoothly.
Once we were home, we started working on each piece, and everyone was very inspired. Between conversations and music, we had a very pleasant afternoon.
Las chicas grandes no tuvieron problema con el trabajo pero con los pequeños si me tocaba estar atenta porque solían trabarse un poco.
The older girls had no problem with the work, but I did have to be careful with the little ones because they tended to get a little stuck.
En un momento la señora me comenzó a hablar que su hija, quien estaba participando en la actividad, era súper fan de las zarigüeyas.
Fue hasta su cuarto y buscó unos bolsos y peluches que tenía con este motivo y fue algo súper chistoso para mí.
El bolso se lo había tejido su amiga, cosa que me pareció súper lindo porque soy partidaria que regalar cosas hechas a mano son el mejor detalle que se pueda tener con alguien a quien se aprecia.
Bueno, si vieron mis post anteriores se habrán topado con un cuadro que pinté con una zarigüeya, a ella fue que se lo hice, pues su mamá me lo encargó.
At one point, the woman started telling me that her daughter, who was participating in the activity, was a huge fan of opossums.
She went to her room and found some bags and stuffed animals she had with that theme, which I thought was really funny.
Her friend had knitted the bag for her, which I thought was really cute because I believe that giving handmade gifts is the best way to show someone you care about.
Well, if you've seen my previous posts, you'll have come across a painting I made with an opossum. I actually made it for her, since her mom asked me to do it.
Seguimos avanzando y ya los más pequeños estaban terminando con sus obras. Los chicos suelen ser menos cuidadosos con ciertos detalles, es por eso que terminan las cosas más rápido.
A pesar de su rapidez lograron hacer un buen trabajo, uno de los chicos hizo un balón de voleibol porque practica el deporte.
We continued moving forward, and the littlest ones were already finishing their pieces. The kids tend to be less careful with certain details, which is why they finish things more quickly.
Despite their speed, they managed to do a good job. One of the kids made a volleyball because he plays the sport.
Con la más pequeña me tocó sentarme porque estaba en aprietos. Ella estaba haciendo una batería que tenía detalles súper pequeños y no sabía bien cómo hacerlos.
I had to sit in with the youngest because she was in a bind. She was making a drum kit that had incredibly small details, and she didn't quite know how to do them.
La actividad demoró mucho más de lo esperado. Pensábamos estar solo dos horas y se nos hizo de noche.
Por suerte ellos se ofrecieron a traernos a casa, cosa que me relajó bastante porque el tema del transporte es algo bastante delicado para nosotros por la distancia a la que vivimos de la ciudad.
Les fui tomando fotos a cada uno con sus trabajos terminados. Todos quedaron hermosos.
The activity took much longer than expected. We thought we'd only be there for two hours, but night fell.
Luckily, they offered to drive us home, which made me feel quite relaxed because transportation is a delicate issue for us due to the distance we live from the city.
I took photos of each of them with their finished work. They all turned out beautifully.
Y finalmente nos tomaron una foto grupal para el recuerdo. Este fue un día más en el que aprendí mucho, me sirvió de experiencia para poder ofrecer esta clase de servicios en mi emprendimiento.
La pasamos genial y esto nos ayudó a sumar dinero para nuestro objetivo de mudanza. Gracias amigos por acompañarme siempre 😊 💜
And finally, they took a group photo for us to remember. This was another day where I learned a lot; it served as an experience to be able to offer this kind of service in my business.
We had a great time, and this helped us raise money for our moving goal. Thanks, friends, for always being there for me 😊 💜
