Recibimos nuevas alumnas || We welcome new students 💜
¡Hola Chicos!
Hoy me siento bastante cansada pero no quería terminar el día sin publicar nada en mi blog. Me ha costado un poco en los últimos días la constancia, que como les he contado en post anteriores, ha sido por diversas razones.
Esta vez el escenario se torno un poquito más dramático ya que mi computadora, la única que funcionaba en casa está teniendo fallas y no quiere encender 🥲
Justo cuando me disponía a trabajar en los post de la semana pasó esta tragedia y desde entonces me cuesta un poco hacerlos de esta forma.
Es bastante incómodo para mí, sobre todo por el hecho de estar escribiendo de esta forma. Sé que dentro de poco podremos solucionar el tema con la computadora y poder trabajar nuevamente de forma cómoda. Mientras tanto me toca adaptarme a esta situación.
Y bueno amigos, como les mencionaba antes, hoy estoy cansadita pero quiero y necesito cumplirme. Les contaré un poco lo que fue una de las últimas clases de Crochet.

I'm feeling pretty tired today, but I didn't want to end the day without posting anything on my blog. It's been a bit difficult to be consistent lately, which, as I've mentioned in previous posts, is due to various reasons.
This time, things got a little more dramatic because my computer, the only one that was working at home, is having problems and won't turn on 🥲
Just as I was getting ready to work on this week's posts, this tragedy struck, and since then, it's been a bit difficult to do them this way.
It's quite inconvenient for me, especially because of writing like this. I know we'll be able to fix the computer soon and work comfortably again. In the meantime, I have to adapt to this situation.
Anyway, friends, as I mentioned before, I'm tired today, but I want and need to keep my promise. I'll tell you a little about one of my last crochet classes.
El mes de Enero fue un poco rudo porque se salieron algunos alumnos de las clases, pero así como se han ido han llegado otros.
Recibimos en una de nuestras últimas clases a dos alumnas que estaban listas para aprender.
Ese día me fui temprano como de costumbre y arreglé todo para esperarlas.
Una de ellas haría crochet y la otra pulseras tejidas, un curso al que no le he dado tanta promoción y que en todo esté tiempo solo había tenido una alumna.
January was a bit rough because some students dropped out of the classes, but just as quickly as they left, others arrived.
In one of our last classes, we welcomed two students who were ready to learn.
That day I left early, as usual, and got everything ready to welcome them.
One of them would be doing crochet, and the other woven bracelets, a course I haven't promoted much, and which
Me emocionaba mucho el recibir una alumna para este curso y sé que será de muchísimo provecho para ella todo el conocimiento que va a aprender.
Fue chistoso porque cuando llegó la alumna de crochet y vio a esta alumna de inmediato la reconoció y ambas se saludaron bastante emocionadas. Resulta que se conocían jajaja
I was so excited to welcome a new student to this course, and I know she'll benefit immensely from all the knowledge she's going to gain.
It was funny because when the crochet student arrived and saw this other student, she immediately recognized her, and they both greeted each other with great excitement. It turns out they knew each other! Haha
Ese día también recibimos a una de nuestras alumnas antiguas, que es una pequeña de 10 años.
Ella es bien inteligente y ha aprendido súper rápido todo lo referente al tejido.
Cuando concluyó la hora todas lograron completar sus trabajos o al menos la mayor parte.
Así dimos por terminada la clase.
That day we also welcomed back one of our former students, a 10-year-old girl.
She's very bright and has learned everything about knitting incredibly quickly.
By the end of the hour, everyone had managed to finish their projects, or at least most of them.
And so the class came to a close.
Así finalizó la jornada que me dejó bastante contenta pues la alumnas se fueron satisfechas a casa.
Es genial ver cómo una persona aprende gracias a la guía que tú le brindaste. De verdad es algo maravilloso el arte de enseñar.
That's how the day ended, and I was quite pleased because the students went home satisfied.
It's wonderful to see how someone learns thanks to the guidance you provided. The art of teaching truly is something marvelous.

Like you, I got frustrated and sad when my laptop suddenly stopped functioning.
But anyways, at least your day has ended pretty well due to your new students, even though you got tired. It's still overall fulfilling to teach because teaching is indeed the noblest profession.
I'm sorry you went through a similar situation. And yes, despite adversity, there are always reasons to be happy and grateful. Greetings, my friend.
