Haciendo las compras semanales || Doing the weekly shopping ♥
¡Hola Chicos!
Las finanzas en los últimos días han estado un poco ajustadas en casa, por lo que hacer ciertos ajustes ayudan a que todo tome un buen rumbo nuevamente.
Esto suelo hacerlo cuando hago mis compras semanales, pues planifico de forma inteligente los menús que se harán en el transcurso de la semana, así minimizo un poco los gastos improvisados diarios y se ahorra por comprar solo lo necesario.
Tomé la mitad del dinero que tenía disponible para irme a hacer las compras en vegetales y carnes, y poder cocinar para varios días. Pues esto no solo me ayuda a ahorrar dinero, sino también tiempo que últimamente juega un papel importante en mi vida por el tema del trabajo.

I tend to do this when I do my weekly shopping, as I intelligently plan the menus to be made over the course of the week, thus minimizing a bit of daily impromptu spending and saving by only buying what is necessary.
I took half of the money I had available to go shopping for vegetables and meats, and to be able to cook for several days. This not only helps me save money, but also time, which lately plays an important role in my life because of my work.
Hace un tiempo les comenté que a unas calles de mi casa hay una frutería que frecuento pues cuentan con excelentes precios y variedad en vegetales. En las otras tiendas cercanas también venden pero cosas súper básicas como tomate, cebolla y papa. Con esto aunque se resuelve algo rápido, no se preparan comidas completas.
A mi me encanta contar con variedad en vegetales, pues en casa amamos comer de esta forma, incluir ensaladas y comer completo.
Some time ago I told you that a few blocks from my house there is a fruit store that I frequent because they have excellent prices and variety in vegetables. In the other stores nearby they also sell super basic things like tomatoes, onions and potatoes. Although this is a quick fix, it doesn't make complete meals.
I love having a variety of vegetables, because at home we love to eat this way, include salads and eat complete meals.
Aproveché también para comprar algunos limones, pues con el problema que tengo actualmente con mis riñones, es recomendable consumir muchos cítricos, que ayudan a minimizar el daño.
A hacer las compras me acompañó mi hijo, quien le ha agarrado mucho amor a la cocina y con quien me puse a discutir los menús de la semana, pues habían algunas cosas que él quería cocinar. Así podría desarrollar mejor sus ideas.
Esto a mi me gusta mucho porque sé que lo disfruta y al mismo tiempo esto representa una gran ayuda para mi.
I also took the opportunity to buy some lemons, because with the problem I currently have with my kidneys, it is advisable to consume a lot of citrus fruits, which help minimize the damage.
I went shopping with my son, who has developed a love for cooking and with whom I discussed the menus for the week, as there were some things he wanted to cook. This way he could better develop his ideas.
I like this a lot because I know he enjoys it and at the same time this represents a great help for me.
Ya con todo en la cesta nos fuimos hasta el área donde pesan y todo. Junto a este espacio había un estante con una piñas enormes de color morado. Es primera vez que veo este tipo y me parecieron súper curiosas.
Finalmente pagamos la compra y nos fuimos hasta la siguiente parada.
With everything in the basket we went to the area where they weigh and everything. Next to this area there was a shelf with huge purple pineapples. It is the first time I have seen this type of pineapple and I found them very curious.
Finally we paid for our purchase and went to the next stop.
La segunda parada era la carnicería, donde iba a comprar la carne y pollo, como es de costumbre. Normalmente cuando nos encontramos ajustados de dinero suelo comprar solo carne molida, pero mi hijo me pidió que comprar un poco de bistec para su preparación.
Así que compré un poco de todo y me fui a cancelarlo. Esto, en combinación de los vegetales que compré anteriormente, hacen la mezcla perfecta para las comidas de nuestra semana.
A pesar de no ser una compra tan abundante, es lo justo para poder comer completo 3 veces al día y así poder ayudar a que nuestra economía este nuevamente como debe estar.
The second stop was the butcher shop, where I was going to buy the meat and chicken, as usual. Normally when we are tight on money I usually just buy ground beef, but my son asked me to buy some steak for his preparation.
So I bought some of everything and went to cancel it out. This, in combination of the vegetables I bought earlier, make the perfect mix for our week's meals.
Even though it's not a big purchase, it's just enough to be able to eat a full meal 3 times a day and help get our economy back to where it should be.
