Marcelo, coincido con tu llamado a abrir debates que mejoren el ecosistema. Yo llevo poco tiempo y todavía hay mucho que desconozco, y justamente por eso me pregunto: ¿por qué a veces cuesta tanto enseñar a los nuevos y compartir procesos? En algunos espacios he sentido recelo o respuestas poco amables, y eso decepciona, aunque para mí pesan más las cosas positivas. Gracias por poner el tema sobre la mesa. Me animo también a sumar mi reflexión, desde el respeto y el debate sano. Y me alegra que estés de vuelta sea deporte o reflexiones, sigue compartiendo todo suma.

Marcelo, I agree with your call to open debates that improve the ecosystem. I'm new here and there's still a lot I don't know, which is precisely why I wonder: why is it sometimes so difficult to teach newcomers and share processes? In some spaces, I've encountered suspicion or unkind responses, which is disappointing, although for me the positive things outweigh the negative. Thank you for bringing up the issue. I would also like to add my thoughts, with respect and in the spirit of healthy debate. And I'm glad you're back, whether it's sports or reflections, keep sharing, it all adds up.
