How Can We Save Humanity When The Socialists Silence Us?
The way how mainstream social media platforms operate is truly disgusting. They are pushing a narrative or an agenda. Under the guise of "community guidelines" and "respectful speech", you must walk on eggshells to have an unpopular opinion.
Naturally, I don't care to conform. Yet, I've come across other creators who try to speak properly and still get banned or suspended. The way how our children are so absorbed in TikTok, YouTube, and these other major platforms that censor free speech—is disgusting. I fear that people who care about freedom—those who care about the truth—are being drowned out by ignorant low-iq short videos or downright progressive and communist propaganda.
Boycotting can work, but how can you build on an alternative platform through online growth? It's hard to do so. Sure you can do word of mouth in person, however, most people are still stuck using these mainstream platforms that silence us.
I'm not feeling optimistic about our future.
It's been bad out there. X is a hazard to my health, and Facebook is just garbage. Instagram has been good for my 3d printing and FPV content, which shares to FB for me so I don't have to go that crap hole, but other than that, IG is where my daughter and I share funny animal videos, lol. So my feed is filled with goofy dog videos and such, lol. At least it's always good for a laugh.
Other than that, I am pulling back to Hive for everything. It's not the best either. Serious lack of engagement most of the time, but honestly more than I get on the other networks. Plus here, I actually have the opportunity to make some money on my content where the others are making money selling my data to third parties while I get jack.
I have done the dance before, it can get addicting, but seriously, my cortisol levels have been going down the less I have been on X.
