Good 'Ol Chicken!

It's been a while since I've done a chicken meal, so here we have some chicken that I prepped to be fried. In the pan behind the chicken marinating, onions and summer squash are sizzling. I seasoned it mildly, and the flavor was quite good, but as I added some cumin and salt, the flavor popped. I've got some extra chicken marinating, so I'll cook later today. I'll consider making more Peruvian food since I have a cookbook nearby. The ceviche was good, so I think I can try something else.
