Hola gente guapa. Soy @ernesto6402, y estar aquí de nuevo para el micro abierto de esta semana es realmente increíble. El tema de la semana es bastante sorprendente, y aprecié los organizadores de la iniciativa de micrófono abierto para llegar a un tema tan hermoso en esta ocasión.
For this week, I will be performing an amazing song by the Nigerian Catholic liturgical composer, Jude Nnam. It is a song I love so much, but beyound that, it is a powerful prayer; a prayer that should be said by all Christian. The title of the song is "Deeper in Love", and it is prayer of petition to God, but not the usual regular form of petition. This time, we pray to God that he may often cause us to love him more.
Esta semana interpretaré una canción increíble del compositor litúrgico católico nigeriano Jude Nnam. Es una canción que me gusta mucho, pero más allá de eso, es una oración poderosa; una oración que deberían rezar todos los cristianos. El título de la canción es "Deeper in Love", y es una oración de petición a Dios, pero no de la forma habitual. Esta vez, pedimos a Dios que nos haga amarle más a menudo.
It is in loving God that we love our neighbours; and so, we must as Christians not only pray for the grace to love him more, but also ring the bells of love to the ear of whoever is around. Simply put, we must as much as possible spread love. It is then important that we pray to the God of love, that he may hold us deeply in love with him. If only we can truely be in love with our creator, then the world will be the best place ever.
Es amando a Dios como amamos a nuestro prójimo; por eso, como cristianos, no sólo debemos pedir la gracia de amarle más, sino también hacer sonar las campanas del amor al oído de quienquiera que esté cerca. En pocas palabras, debemos difundir el amor en la medida de lo posible. Entonces es importante que recemos al Dios del amor, para que nos mantenga profundamente enamorados de él. Si logramos estar verdaderamente enamorados de nuestro creador, el mundo será el mejor lugar del mundo.
This time, I will not be performing live with my keyboard. I played and recorded the progression of the song on the keyboard using the piano voice. I performed listening to the prerecorded progression, and it turned out really well.
Esta vez no tocaré en directo con el teclado. Toqué y grabé la progresión de la canción en el teclado utilizando la voz de piano. Actué escuchando la progresión pregrabada y quedó muy bien.
In all, I simply ask that you join me in this prayer of love to our creator. That the God of love may fill our heart with his love which never decays.

This is crazy, and I am just realizing my mistake. The post is meant for Hive Open Mic community; all the while, I thought I published it in the right community. You comment just made me realize my mistake.
I see that it was voted on. Is there a way to share it on Open Mic as well, with a cross-post, even though some communities don't allow it? I don't know if Open Mic does.
