THE NEED TO IDENTIFY WITH YOUR COMMUNITY

I have always believed that one cannot succeed without help from others and that have helped me build an ideology I consider very healthy. Generally, one cannot overemphasized the need of building a strong connection with those around us. It is only by identifying with those around that we establish a relationship of any kind and relationships are necessary for individual and collective development. How successful one become is sometimes dependent on whether he or she is able to build a good relationship or not and that is further dependent on how much he or she is able to connect with those around him or her.

BENEFITS OF IDENTIFYING WITH THOSE AROUND US

It certainly pays to be around people and we can only get in touch with people that matters by building strong connections. It is these connections that latter develop into strong relationships. There are so many advantages associated with building strong relationships but the most prominent of them is the fact that they make one part of the community. Among so many other things building connections does, it have a way of giving one a sense of belonging. One can only feel among if he or she identifies with the society and the best way to identify with a society is by building strong connection. Only then can one develop a sense of belonging. After one must have become a part of his or her society by connecting with the people around him or her, he or she will get to enjoy support from them. And believe me, life is easier when you are being supported by those around you.

WAYS OF IDENTIFYING WITH THOSE AROUND YOU

Sometimes it seems difficult. It seems better to remain in you private world than to invite others in, yes it happens to me too but that is never the best way to go about it. A lonely world can never be better than a world filled people who care and you must make efforts in other to encounter those caliber of people. Now how do we make these efforts?

  • We Must be Observant: It is by paying attention to you environment that you can realise the existence of those that matters. By the way, everyone matters. We must then pay close attention to the need of our imidiate community, do what we can to help and communicate when possible and important.

  • We Must Learn to Shear: One of the ways through which we can encounter our community the more is by shearing. What we must shear here is not necessarily material or physical, it could on the other hand be ideas capable of fostering growth and common good of the community. If must be identified with the community, then make sure you shear what you have got. Everyone certainly have something to shear.

CONCLUSION

In all that we do, it is always better to identify with the people around us. They are to be our backbone in the time of need but they may not be if we do not identify with them. Identify with you community today. One Love ✌️
