Happy beginning of the week to all the community, December is coming and at least in Venezuela we are in our worst heat season as if it were the month of March or April.
But anyway everything has a solution and everything is negative from the angle you look at it, because I tell you that yesterday I went to train at the beach, but of course after training we had to celebrate and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
We went to Los Caracas, a place far away from the city of Caracas, although it sounds ironic, and it is here where I can say that the weather was wonderful, there was not a cloud to shade the sun that illuminated the sands and water. Every time I see a landscape so radiant, I thank God for having the joy of enjoying that moment and having the vision to admire it.
The beach was somewhat fine sand and lighter than the sand of nearby beaches, the waves were not rough because the breakwater did not allow the waves to get so close and it was not deep from the beginning, if people wanted to swim they could do it much further in.
There is also a river nearby but we were not able to visit it on this occasion.
The awnings are set back from the shore and there is even a piece of art in the middle of the sand, we stayed in the shade of a nice tree and rented chairs for the whole group since we were around 28 people.
For lunch we ordered some dogfish, shredded beef and chicken empanadas, which cost $ 2 each.

Each of us ordered our drinks, some soft drinks, some beers, others electrolyte drinks to compensate for the dehydration of the training.
Anyway, it was a good day and spectacular scenery that we gave us, I will share some pictures of the place.

Feliz inicio de semana a toda la comunidad, ya se nos viene Diciembre y al menos en Venezuela estamos en nuestra peor época de calor como si fuera el mes de Marzo o Abril.
Pero en fin todo tiene solución y pues todo es negativo desde el ángulo que se mire, porque les cuento que el día de ayer me fui a entrenar en la playa, pero claro después de entrenar había que celebrar y disfrutar esa belleza de paisaje.
Fuimos a Los Caracas un lugar muy alejado de la Ciudad de Caracas aunque suene irónico , y es aquí donde puedo decir el clima estaba maravilloso no había una nube que le hiciera sombra a ese sol que iluminaba esas arenas y esa agua. Cada vez que veo un paisaje así de radiante, doy gracias a Dios por poder tener la dicha de disfrutar ese momento y tener la visión para admirarlo.
La playa era de arenas algo fina y mas clara que la arena de playas aledañas, el oleaje no era brusco dado que el rompeolas no permitía que llegaran tan cerca las olas y no era profunda desde el principio , si las personas querían nadar podían hacerlo mucho mas adentro.
También hay un rio cerca del lugar pero que en esta oportunidad no pudimos visitar.
Los toldos están retirados de la orilla de la playa y hasta una obra de arte en el medio de la arena hay , nosotros nos quedamos a la sombra de un buen árbol y alquilamos sillas para estar todo el grupo ya que eramos alrededor de 28 personas.
Para comer pedimos unas empanadas de cazón, carne mechada y pollo, la cual costaron $ 2 cada una me parece el precio era justo ya que estaban divinas.
Cada uno desde su espacio pidió su bebida, algunos refrescos, otros cervezas otros bebidas electrolíticas para compensar la deshidratación del entrenamiento.
En fin , fue un buen día y espectacular paisaje que nos regalamos , les compartiré algunas fotos del lugar .
