🌸 Ladies of Hive Contest #232: How I deal with life's difficulties [ES/EN]

¡Hola queridas Damas de Hive! Espero que se encuentren todas muy bien. Hoy me encuentran por aquí para participar de las preguntas de la semana de la mano de @cautiva-30, en esta ocasión me centraré en la segunda opción.
Hay estados de ánimo que surgen de nuestra forma de afrontar lo que nos sucede, ya sea con resistencia o con aceptación. ¿Cómo afrontas las dificultades de la vida? Identifica tu estado de ánimo aquí.
Me gustaría decir que afrontó las dificultades de la vida de la mejor manera, pero no es el caso. Muchas veces tiendo a enojarme, frustrarme y ponerme triste. Es decir, meto un poco de resistencia y me cuesta aceptarlo de inmediato, aunque tarde o temprano termina sucediendo. Últimamente estoy teniendo unos días bastante movilizantes y no la estoy pasando muy bien, por lo que influye en mi estado anímico. Me encuentro más apática y sensible que de costumbre, también me enojo más o estoy triste y me cuesta salir de esas emociones. Aunque al final termino por entenderlo y aceptar lo que está pasando, esto es primordial, ya que me ayuda a entender mejor mis emociones, quizá no necesito controlarlas, sino dejarlas fluir hasta que se vayan.
A veces me cuestiono mi manera de reaccionar ante los hechos, pienso que podría tomármelo mejor, pero soy fiel creyente de que las emociones hay que vivirlas y no reprimirlas porque después es peor. No podemos estar enmascarando cómo nos sentimos en realidad, ya que las emociones tienden a desbordarnos y después es peor. Así que lidio con ellas en el momento aunque no me guste para nada sentirme así. Detrás de todos los obstáculos y males, se encuentra esa parte mía que sabe que en algún momento todo va a volver a estar bien y eso me ayuda a seguir adelante a pesar de todo. Amo esa parte de mí que supo tocar fondo muchas veces y aun así logró levantarse como el ave fénix resurgiendo de sus cenizas. Por lo que sí, soy algo dramática en cuanto a sortear las dificultades de la vida, pero también tengo resiliencia y todo esto es parte de la persona que soy, con sus luces y sombras.

There are states of mind that arise from our way of facing what happens to us, either with resistance or acceptance. How do you face the difficulties in life? Identify your mood here.
I would like to say that I deal with life's difficulties in the best way, but that is not the case. Many times I tend to get angry, frustrated and sad. I mean, I put up a bit of resistance and it's hard for me to accept it right away, although sooner or later it ends up happening. Lately I am having some very moving days and I am not having a very good time, so it influences my mood. I find myself more apathetic and sensitive than usual, I also get more angry or sad and it's hard for me to get out of those emotions. Although in the end I end up understanding and accepting what is happening, this is essential, as it helps me to better understand my emotions, maybe I don't need to control them, but let them flow until they go away.
Sometimes I question my way of reacting to events, I think I could take it better, but I am a true believer that emotions must be lived and not repressed because later it is worse. We can't be masking how we really feel, because emotions tend to overflow us and then it's worse. So I deal with them in the moment even though I don't like feeling that way at all. Behind all the obstacles and evils, there is that part of me that knows that at some point everything is going to be okay again and that helps me keep going no matter what. I love that part of me that knew how to hit rock bottom many times and still managed to rise like a phoenix from the ashes. So yes, I am a bit dramatic when it comes to dealing with life's difficulties, but I am also resilient and this is all part of the person I am, with its lights and shadows.
