Ladies of Hive Contest #149: What I like about September - Lo que me gusta de septiembre

¡Hola queridas Damas de Hive! Espero que se encuentren todas muy bien. Hoy me gustaría participar en uno de los temas propuestos para la semana ¡Así que vayamos a ello!

¡Se acerca septiembre! Para quienes viven en el hemisferio norte, el inicio del otoño está a la vuelta de la esquina. Para aquellos en el hemisferio sur, ¡será primavera! Indique en qué hemisferio vive y qué es lo que más le gusta de septiembre. ¡Por favor proporcione fotos también!

Siempre me pareció que septiembre es un buen mes. Como persona que vive en Argentina, perteneciente al hemisferio sur, aquí estamos por empezar la primavera. Adoro esta época del año porque los días se hacen más largos se genera la ilusión de que hay más tiempo para compartir con nuestros seres queridos o solo sentarse en un parque a las 6 de la tarde y escuchar a los pájaros cantar todavía.

Esa es otra cosa que me gusta de este mes, ya que es la época donde se ven más pájaros y aves. Le tengo un amor especial a estos animalitos así que me encanta observarlos y aprender de ellos. Suelo dejarles semillas en el patio de mi casa, son animales muy inteligentes porque ya saben el horario en el que lo hago y vienen a pararse en el techo a esperar el momento en el que salga. En el verano cuando dejo la puerta del fondo abierta se suelen meter adentro para buscarme.

Este es ese periodo donde se empiezan a emparejar, arman sus nidos y tienen a sus crías. Los árboles que fueron podados en otoño se empiezan a poblar de ramas y hojas de nuevo, esperando convertirse en el refugio y el hogar de las nuevas crías de pájaros, entre otros animalitos.

Las plantas de mi casa también empiezan a crecer después de un invierno donde se dedicaron a estar estancadas para conservar energía. Se puede ver como algunas comienzan a florecer o se asoman nuevos brotes de hojas. Listas para brillar y embellecer el jardín. A las suculentas les va a tomar un tiempo porque florecen en verano recién, para ellas falta un poco más de tiempo, aunque siempre hay algunas que se adelantan. Suelo decir que las plantas hacen lo que quieren cuando quieren.

También los días se tornan más cálidos haciendo que sea el momento ideal para hacer algún picnic con los amigos, ya que está en una temperatura acordé, ni tan frío, ni tan caluroso. Es cálida como para pasar un buen momento comiendo algo rico y tomando unos mates como nos gusta a los argentinos.

Como verán hay muchas cosas que me gustan de este mes. Incluso me siento con más energía y me dan ganas de salir de mi casa, a pasear con la familia o los amigos, o simplemente caminar por ahí. Quizá lo que no me guste tanto es que voy a empezar con mis alergias estacionales, pero bueno, no todo puede ser perfecto jajaja.

Hello dear Ladies of Hive! I hope you are all feeling great. Today I would like to participate in one of the proposed themes for the week. So let's get to it!

September is coming! For those in the Northern Hemisphere, the onset of Autumn is just around the corner. For those in the Southern Hemisphere, it will be Spring! Please state which hemisphere you live in and what your favorite thing about September is. Please provide pictures as well!

I have always found September to be a good month. As a person who lives in Argentina, belonging to the southern hemisphere, here we are about to start spring. I love this time of the year because the days get longer and there is the illusion that there is more time to share with our loved ones or just sit in a park at 6 o'clock in the evening and listen to the birds singing.

That's another thing I like about this month, as it is the time when you see the most birds. I have a special love for these little animals so I love to watch them and learn from them. I usually leave them seeds in the yard of my house, they are very intelligent animals because they already know the time when I do it and they come to stand on the roof to wait for the moment when I go out. In the summer when I leave the back door open they usually come inside to look for me.

This is the period when they begin to mate, build their nests and have their young. The trees that were pruned in autumn begin to populate with branches and leaves again, waiting to become the refuge and home of the new young birds, among other animals.

The plants in my house are also starting to grow after a winter where they spent their time stagnating to conserve energy. You can see how some are starting to bloom or new leaf buds are peeking out. Ready to shine and beautify the garden. For succulents it will take a while because they bloom in summer, for them it takes a little more time, although there are always some that are ahead of time. I usually say that plants do what they want when they want.

Also the days are getting warmer making it the ideal time to have a picnic with friends, as it is at a temperature according to the weather, not so cold, not so hot. It is warm enough to spend a good time eating something delicious and drinking some mates as we Argentines like.

As you can see there are many things I like about this month. I even feel more energetic and feel like getting out of my house, going for a walk with family or friends, or just walking around. Maybe what I don't like so much is that I'm going to start with my seasonal allergies, but well, not everything can be perfect hahaha.
