Should generation of cryptos be regularized?

In crypto world anyone can make and issue their own cryptocurrency. This makes crypto life very tough. It creates uncertainty, increases chances of fraud and complexities. What is too many cryptos are banned or there may come restrictions or regulations to control their number? Restrictions may also lead to death of cryptocurrencies.
