Intenté recrear un llavero que vi, utilicé lo que tenía a mi alcance, materiales que ya tenía y creo que no me quedó tan prolijo, más adelante lo intentaré de nuevo.
Este llavero podrá ser decoración pero ¿Te imaginas tener siempre a mano una cinta métrica? a veces cuando salgo por ahí buscando materiales para crear me gustaría tener algo con qué medir lo que ando buscando, esto es en temas de bisutería o herramientas... Cosas que son pequeñas. Si tengo este llavero en mi cartera, me ahorraré mucho el problema por lo cual para mí es muy útil.
Creo que debo mejorar el adorno de hilo, pensaba hacerlo de otra forma más elegante, pero me faltaba un aro pequeño, tendré que comprarlo.
La gente está muy creativa haciendo llaveros que me cuesta conseguir los aros que me gustan que vienen con abre fácil. Por lo pronto, este llavero va directo a mi cartera. Tengo una colección.

I tried to recreate a keychain I saw, using what I had on hand, materials I already had, and I don't think it turned out very neat. I'll try again later.
This keychain could be used as decoration, but can you imagine always having a tape measure handy? Sometimes when I go out looking for materials to create things, I wish I had something to measure what I'm looking for, especially when it comes to jewelry or tools... Small things. If I have this keychain in my purse, it will save me a lot of trouble, so it's very useful to me.
I think I need to improve the thread decoration. I wanted to make it more elegant, but I was missing a small ring, so I'll have to buy one.
People are very creative when it comes to making key chains, so it's hard for me to find the rings I like that come with easy-open clasps. For now, this key chain is going straight into my purse. I have a collection.

Toma la medida del largo que quieres la cinta métrica, yo medí que pudiera ponerlo y quitarlo de mi mano cómodamente, no tan ajustado. Corta dejando al menos dos centímetros para doblarlo hacia adentro.
Utiliza alguna herramienta para perforar los orificios.
Introduce el ojal y luego presiona con la remachadora.

Measure the length you want the tape measure to be. I measured it so that I could put it on and take it off my hand comfortably, not too tight. Cut it leaving at least two centimeters to fold it inwards.
Use a tool to punch the holes.
Insert the eyelet and then press with the riveter.

Toma la medida del largo que deseas el hilo de bordar. Divide a la mitad introduciéndolo en el medio aro, luego con otro trozo de hilo da varias vueltas para cerrarlo, realiza un nudo para que no se suelte.
Corda la mitad, péinalo un poco y si es necesario empareja las puntas.

Measure the length of embroidery thread you want. Divide it in half by inserting it into the middle ring, then use another piece of thread to wrap it around several times to close it, tying a knot so it doesn't come loose.
Tie the middle, comb it a little, and if necessary, even out the ends.

Coloca un arito pequeño en cada medio aro, luego toma la medida del largo que quieres la cadena, corta e introdúcela en el pequeño aro. Esto lo harás tanto con la cinta métrica como la pieza de hilo.
Coloca la cadena de hilo en la cadena de la pieza de cinta métrica.
Ahora solo basta colocar el aro de llavero y quedará listo.
Me gustó mucho la idea, intentaré hacerlo de otra forma la próxima vez, me gustaría que tenga algo más de elegancia.

Place a small ring on each half ring, then measure the length you want the chain to be, cut it, and insert it into the small ring. You will do this with both the measuring tape and the piece of string.
Place the thread chain on the tape measure chain.
